Every Mystic Design piece is created with intention, care, and a personal touch. Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives broken or damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no cost. To request a replacement, please email:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Replacements are issued only for items damaged in transit and require photo documentation.
