Returns & Replacements
Every Mystic Design piece is custom-made with intention and care. Because of the personalized nature of each order, all sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no cost.

Replacements are issued only for items damaged in transit.
Shipping Policy
Orders are handcrafted and typically ship within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization.
All shipments are sent through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Carrier delays, weather, and seasonal volume may affect delivery times. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our control.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier. Mystic Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist where possible.
Shipping is currently available within the United States only.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is respected and protected. Information collected during checkout is used only to process your order, provide support, and send updates.

Mystic Design does not sell or share your information. Payments are processed through Square’s secure system, and full payment details are never stored.
Uploaded artwork is used only for your custom product and is never reused or shared.
Terms of Service
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
All products are custom-made and cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork is high-resolution and legally owned or licensed. Mystic Design is not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-submitted files.
Slight variations in color, placement, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each item and are not considered defects.
Mystic Design is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
